Sage, thyme, summer savory, dill, bay leaves, oregano, rosemary, and marjoram are best suited for air-drying.
Basil, tarragon, lemon balm, and mint is best to be dried quickly. So the oven, dehumidifier or dehydrator are the best methods.
Chives are best frozen.
